I was interested in coaching because I wanted something different—someone outside of my immediate circle who I could talk to about all areas of my life. A major breakthrough for me was finally talking through things I usually avoid because they stress me out. What prompted me to start coaching was how overwhelmed I was feeling. I recently started a new role and had less days off and felt like I needed more structure to my life. My initial goals were to prioritize my work-life balance and work on bettering myself each day. One breakthrough moment during my coaching was when I found myself enjoying eating meals at home. I can’t remember the last time I meal-prepped or was ever on top of eating healthy, but one week during our coaching, I talked about how I wanted to eat healthier, and me and Rylan came up with a game plan. Quickly after, I found myself looking forward to meal-prepping, which was a huge accomplishment.

Coaching made a huge impact both personally and professionally for me.
